Waterfall at Lake Burton is a platted development located at the northern end of Lake Burton just off Highway 76 in Rabun County.  From 1999 until  April of 2010, the development was home to Waterfall County Club.

In April 2010, the country club and 80 lots were acquired by The Reynolds Capital Group.  The name of the country club was changed to Lake Burton Club in late summer of 2010.  In March 2011, the club management changed the signs at the entrance to the development to read Lake Burton Club and for marketing purposes, the name Lake Burton Club will be used in advertising.

However, Waterfall at Lake Burton remains the legally platted name of the development as of Spring 2011.  In order to allow easier access to the information on this site, the properties offered for sale inside the gates of Waterfall at Lake Burton/Lake Burton Club are the same on links for either name.
